No. Your profile is only visible to companies actively hiring on Matchboks. We also let you block specific companies from seeing your profile, so you're in full control of who can see you're looking.
But I already use LinkedIn...
LinkedIn is a social network. You post, you scroll, you hope someone notices. Matchboks is a matching engine. Both sides swipe independently, and when there's mutual interest, you connect. No cold messages, no "open to work" banners, no shouting into the void. We're not replacing your LinkedIn profile. We're replacing the frustrating part where you apply to 50 jobs and hear crickets.
What if I accidentally swipe the wrong way?
No worries! You can check your swipe history to see all the jobs you've interacted with. If you passed on something you actually wanted, you can revisit it anytime.
Do I need to upload a CV/resume?
No CV required, but if you have one, our AI can parse it to quickly fill out your profile. Otherwise, just add your skills, experience, and preferences manually. Takes about 10 minutes either way.

Can I pause or delete my profile anytime?
Absolutely! You can pause your profile whenever you're not actively looking, and reactivate it when you're ready. If you want to delete your account completely, you can do that too. Your data will be permanently removed.
