Our platform uses an AI-powered scoring system to help candidates and employers find relevant matches. Here is how it works:

• Your profile information (skills, experience, location preferences, and job preferences) is compared against job listings or candidate profiles to produce a relevance score.
• Matches are ranked by relevance so the strongest fits appear first. All profiles remain visible — the system ranks, it does not filter or exclude.
• No automated decisions are made on your behalf. The AI highlights relevant opportunities, but candidates and employers always make the final decision themselves.
• You can swipe, browse, and review all available matches. The scoring is a recommendation tool — it does not determine hiring outcomes.
• The scoring considers structured profile data only: skills, job titles, years of experience, location, salary preferences, and work authorization status. Free-text descriptions may inform relevance but never block you from being seen.
